Our Story
As a mom to a curious 5-year-old, I understand how hard it can be to find programs that truly engage young minds in Toronto. When I searched for art camps, I was surprised by how few options felt right—especially those that balanced play, creativity, and hands-on learning. That’s when Creative Sprouts was born. Driven by a love for art and a desire to nurture every child’s inner creativity, I set out to create a space where kids can explore, imagine, and express themselves freely. Our camps are full of messy, joyful moments alongside meaningful projects that build confidence, spark curiosity, and celebrate each child’s unique ideas. Every brushstroke, laugh, and proud “Look what I made!” moment reminds me why this journey began: to fill the gap I once felt as a parent and to inspire Toronto’s little artists to shine.
Meet The Team

Taj Madan
FOUNDER & CEO
I am a designer by profession and have always had a deep love for art and creativity. But over the years, I’ve realized that as adults, we often focus so much on the end product or destination that we forget to enjoy the process—the joy of exploration, the beauty of making mistakes, and the creativity that thrives in the in-between moments. Without realizing it, we pass this mindset on to our children. Creative Sprouts was born from the idea that kids should be encouraged to embrace the journey—to play, explore, and create freely without pressure or perfection. At an age when they are naturally curious learners, they should be given the freedom to experiment, get messy, and think big. Because true creativity isn’t about the final masterpiece—it’s about the joy of making it.
